Collagen Peptides are becoming more and more mainstream, and I consider this a good thing. Using collagen - a pure protein, sourced from bovine and marine connective tissue - is a surefire way to improve joint health, improve gut health (strengthens the gut lining), and improve the condition of hair, skin and nails.  I can't speak to 100% of user experiences, but in my own experience, ingesting collagen daily as turned back the clock.

The only brand I have ever used is Vital Proteins, because it was the first one I tried, with noticeable results, and I am brand-loyal. Having tried their Collagen Beauty Greens, Dark Chocolate Collagen Peptides, and the Collagen Beauty Water, I was so thrilled to try the Vanilla Collagen Peptides which lends itself quite a lot of versatility. Adding 1-2 scoops (20g protein per scoop!) to any hot drink or baked good recipe is an easy, seamless way to add collagen and beautifying hyaluronic acid into your wellness routine. The madagascar vanilla in the Vanilla Collagen peptides also support a healthy inflammation response! And all Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides are gluten-free, hormone-free, paleo-friendly, Non-GMO, and are Whole30 approved!

But you may need some guidance on exactly how-to, and that's where the three recipes below come in! If you make any (or all of these), I'd love to see them. Make sure to use the hashtag #reformationhealthrecipes on Instagram!
