Whatever your reason, I’m happy to have you here because I feel that health and wellness are basic human rights, and it is my mission to provide you with honest information around the foods you eat and the products that you consume so that you can be your best self.
I am a Holistic Health Coach with a certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, but I myself was not always so healthy. Throughout most of my adolescence and adult life, I struggled chronically with anxiety, insomnia, stress-induced joint inflammation, and disordered eating, which I describe in greater detail on the About Me page.
